Connection
STEP nr.1
Cut the pipe with a cutter to a distance of 30±2 mm from the manifold. Remove burrs from pipe.
STEP nr. 2
Push the pipe into the quick coupler up to the end of stroke.

Ø 14 = 63 mm
Ø 16 = 63 mm
Ø 17 = 63 mm
Ø 18 = 63 mm
Ø 20 = 63 mm
End of stroke for Multilayer pipe

STEP nr. 3
Push the quick coupler up while it slides onto the pipe.
Release
Press the button and remove the quick coupler sliding on the pipe.

Manifold cabinets
Our installations are designed for most components to be mounted in the same place (manifold, pump, thermoregulation and electronic control units), making regulation and maintenance jobs easy. Like so, different kind of cabinets are offered with several sizes that enable adaptation to different sizes and compositions. Each project has its own specifications and marks certain premises, technical or aesthetic so should be offered a solution that, for instance, embed the referred cabinet in a house area that, by its use, is preferred to be unnoticed, practically hidden, although with easy access.

CROSS REDUCER 90º CONNECTOR (FOR MULTILAYER AND PE-X PIPE)
Connector with line in/out, coloured push-in connector for 20x2mm pipe and 2 0r 4 opposite exits with coloured swivel push-in connectors for 8x1mm diameter pipe (red and blue)

MULTILAYER PIPE COUNTERSINK TOOL
Multilayer pipe countersink tool. This tool is used to recover perfect circular shape of pipe that has just been cut.
Using a small blade, cleans pipe edge, both inside and outside, that favours accessories correct union.
MULTILAYER PIPE CALLIPERS
Multilayer pipe callipers. This tool is used the same way as the above, to favour correct accessories union, while only working in pipe internal part.
COUNTERSINK TOOL KIT CASE
Convenient 180x240mm case, to carry multilayer pipe countersink tools. Each case has two versions: with countersink tools by internal and external diameter or only by internal.
Sizes included: DN14, DN16, DN18, DN20.
TUBE CUT SCISSORS
Scissors to cut tube without leaving edges, and make a perfect perpendicular cut at pipe direction.
